Mary Beth Crowley is Vice President of PEO Spectrum, Alera's PEO Division, where she leads the organization's strategic direction, business development, and operations. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering strong partnerships, and helping businesses navigate the complexities of workforce management, employee benefits, and PEO solutions.
Mary Beth joined PEO Spectrum as a Sales Consultant and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor to clients and partners. She later expanded the firm's capabilities by leading its international business before assuming overall leadership of the organization. Her collaborative leadership style, industry expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences continue to drive the company's growth and success.
She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and her Master's of Education. Before transitioning into the PEO industry, Mary Beth built a career in education and case management, experiences that continue to shape her consultative approach to leadership and client service.
Outside of work, Mary Beth enjoys traveling, attending live music events, spending time with her family, and taking on The New York Times crossword puzzle.
Amanda Gelsomino is a Senior Consultant at PEO Spectrum, where she brings over seven years of specialized experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space. She works closely with businesses to simplify the PEO selection process, offering expert guidance on HR outsourcing, payroll, benefits, and compliance solutions. Known for her strategic insight and client-first approach, Amanda helps companies find the right PEO fit to streamline operations and support long-term growth.
Before joining PEO Spectrum, Amanda built a dynamic career in the hospitality industry, holding roles in restaurant management, catering, and event planning. Her background in high-paced, customer-focused environments gives her a unique edge in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Amanda resides on Long Island, New York, and balances her professional life with her most important role—being a mom to two kids. When she's not working or running around with her children, she loves to travel and enjoys unwinding with a good martini.
Prior to PEO Spectrum, Joseph was the Director of Sales at one of the nation’s leading marketing firms. He has managed growth and expansion efforts at the regional and national level with sales teams of up to 50 representatives. Joseph has a proven track record of opening offices, training talent and motivating teams. He is most excited about helping PEO Spectrum’s clients navigate their way to a more efficient PEO or significantly lowering costs with their current PEO. With a Degree in Business Management, Joseph has become known for his one-of-a kind combination of strategic and innovative thinking. Much like the family and team atmosphere at PEO Spectrum, he values his clients’ time and is committed to creating long-lasting, successful relationships. Coming from a large family of nine siblings, Joseph has started his own legacy with his wife, Kim, and their three beautiful children. When not in the office, you can find Joe on the golf course, hiking and enjoying all the fun outdoor activities that nature has to offer.
Lori joined PEO Spectrum in 2019 and built the company’s marketing program from the ground up. As Head of Marketing, she leads strategy and execution across all channels, including email, content, and digital campaigns.
Before PEO Spectrum, Lori was the Marketing Automation Director at DKG Media, where she developed the marketing calendar and helped drive the company’s highest-ever sales month and quarter. She brings a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, with additional expertise in public relations and advertising. She studied Communications at Cornell University.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, reading, shopping, and exercising. She was recently honored for her role as a Moxxie Mentor to college students and actively participates in several community organizations.
Prior to coming to PEO Spectrum, Denise worked in the beauty industry as a sales consultant for a brand that shared her passion for preserving the planet and community involvement. In delivering education to clients as well as assisting with quarterly planning and goal setting, she built incredible relationships with the salons she serviced throughout Long Island. Prior to that, she worked for Allstate Insurance Company for 23 years and held various positions in underwriting and education. In each of these positions, she was especially focused on client retention and helping agents understand its importance. Denise attended Dowling College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Education. Denise is most excited about the opportunity to help small businesses understand, manage and reduce their HR costs. There is no better feeling than knowing you made someone smile! Outside the office, Denise enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to travel, see Broadway shows, shop, spend time at the beach and ride her Peloton bike.
Sandhya loves her work at PEO Spectrum and gets excited when she is able to find savings for companies. She feels extremely blessed to get a chance to work for a company where everyone is so committed to helping each other both in and out of the workplace. Sandhya graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. She loves learning new languages; she is fluent in Hindi and Nepali, has intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German and is currently, learning Turkish in her free time. She also likes to travel to new places and hopes to visit Germany and London in the near future.
Kristy has been with PEO Spectrum since 2017 and is passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals while reducing costs through exceptional service and tailored solutions. She takes pride in building strong relationships and ensuring every client receives the attention and support they deserve.
Kristy graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in Manhattan, New York. Before joining PEO Spectrum, she built a successful sales career in the beauty, fashion, fitness, and spa industries, giving her a strong customer-focused background and a deep understanding of client needs.
Specializing in large group accounts, Kristy excels at identifying the best PEO solutions for each organization. Her experience, dedication, and personalized approach help clients find the right fit while making the process as seamless as possible.
Outside of work, Kristy enjoys exercising, attending live shows, and spending time with her children.
An integral component to PEO Spectrum’s long-term growth, Rob has witnessed the company grow from a boot-strapped startup to the first nationwide comparison service for the PEO industry. Familiar with the intricacies of small business, Rob has successfully worked with 100s of PEO clients from start-ups, internationally based companies, along with companies that have hundreds of employees. Rob studied Accounting at Long Island University.
Tracy Goldman has been with PEO Spectrum since 2020, bringing a background in business development, marketing, employee benefits, and client solutions. Prior to joining PEO Spectrum, she worked with New York Life and as an independent insurance broker, where she helped small businesses evaluate health insurance and retirement plans, giving her a strong foundation in employee benefits and plan design.
Today, Tracy specializes in helping businesses shop and compare the PEO marketplace, saving them time and money while identifying the best overall solution for their organization. She guides clients through the complexities of employee benefits, helping them understand how their current plans compare to new offerings and ensuring they make informed decisions. Tracy also strategically negotiates with PEO providers to secure the most competitive pricing, strongest benefits, and the best overall terms on behalf of her clients.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spin classes, yoga, and strength training. She is the proud mother of three grown children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also passionate about volunteering with local animal rescues and supporting organizations that serve wounded warriors.

Based on Long Island, New York, Patrick’s most important roles are as a devoted husband and father, cherishing time with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys any activity or sport, especially golf!
With over 20 years in business development, technical support and loyalty program administration, Rene is a thoughtful listener and problem solver. Having set up employee benefit programs for large companies such as SONY, Bloomberg, PepsiCo & SUNY, he has extensive experience managing key client accounts in a time-sensitive environment. In his current role as a Sales Associate at PEO Spectrum, Rene has found a home where he can bring his analytic and consultative skills to businesses interested in saving time and money on their PEO costs. Rene is passionate about the PEO industry, educating clients and aligning them with the best solutions possible for their unique needs. Rene has Bachelor of Arts in Applied Anthropology from Northern Arizona University. When Rene is not in the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, his friends and his dog, as well as coaching youth lacrosse
Stephanie Galvez earned both her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and MBA in Business Management from Iona University. Prior to joining PEO Spectrum, she spent eight years in medical device sales specializing in women’s health and fertility. What attracted Stephanie to PEO Spectrum was the opportunity to help businesses perform their due diligence while identifying meaningful cost savings and delivering exceptional value. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and guiding employers through the PEO evaluation process with confidence and transparency.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, catching up with friends, and participating in her local moms’ book club. Whether she’s helping clients achieve their business goals or making memories with her family, Stephanie values meaningful connections and making a positive impact.
Kyle Szwech is a Consultant at PEO Spectrum, bringing over five years of specialized experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry and more than seven years of business consulting experience. Having previously worked directly for a PEO, Kyle developed extensive knowledge of the PEO marketplace, including HR administration, employee benefits, payroll, compliance, and the unique challenges businesses face when evaluating outsourced HR solutions. That firsthand experience gives him valuable insight into both the provider and client perspectives, allowing him to guide companies through the selection process with confidence.

Melissa began her career in real estate, working for such firms as Compass and Douglas Elliman’s New Development Marketing team. Joining the team at PEO Spectrum provides Melissa with the opportunity to connect with clients as she helps connect them with the best PEO solution for their professional needs. She graduated from FIT with a degree in Marketing. Outside of the office, she mainly spends time with family and friends. She loves to travel and has taken a road trip across the United States and traveled to eight different countries.
Madelyn joins PEO Spectrum more than 13 years of experience working in customer service and contributing to the satisfaction of thousands of consumers, She is excited to join PEO Spectrum and help small companies save money while taking advantage of the many benefits that come with using PEOs. Madelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from DeSales University. Outside of work, you can find Madelyn roller blading, traveling or cheering for her children at soccer games or gymnastics. She is excited to be a part of the PEO Spectrum team.
Marie became attracted to PEO Spectrum’s business model, as she sees PEOs as the wave of the future for growing businesses. She is excited to share the possibilities with clients by helping them to select and implement the best PEO strategy for their organizations.
Her prior role involved selling SaaS payroll and accounting software to accounting, payroll and tax professionals across the United States. Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Master of Arts in Teaching Earth Science from Stony Brook University.
With more than seven years of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, Alex brings a strong background in helping businesses navigate their human resources, payroll, benefits, and compliance needs. Prior to joining PEO Spectrum, Alex spent six years with Paychex PEO and one year with ADP TotalSource, partnering with business owners to identify solutions that support their growth and long-term success.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and fishing, and values any opportunity to spend time outdoors exploring new trails and waterways.
Marino Boccuzzi is a Consultant at PEO Spectrum, bringing over five years of specialized experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space and more than seven years of broader business consulting experience. He began his PEO career at ADP TotalSource, where he developed a deep understanding of HR outsourcing, payroll administration, benefits, compliance, and the PEO marketplace before bringing that expertise to PEO Spectrum.

He has a particular passion for educating clients and their employees on medical insurance, breaking down complex plans and benefits so people can make informed, confident decisions about their coverage. Outside of work, Marino lives in Brooklyn, New York, where he's a die-hard Juventus fan who never misses a match. An avid foodie, he's always on the hunt for the city's best hidden gems, rating every meal on Belli along the way.
Claudia joined PEO Spectrum with over 8 years of experience in payroll, HR, and business consulting. She works directly with business owners and key decision-makers, providing independent, unbiased guidance to help organizations evaluate PEO solutions that support their payroll, employee benefits, workers' compensation, HR, and compliance needs.
Known for her consultative, relationship-driven approach, Claudia is passionate about educating clients, helping them make confident, informed business decisions, and identifying the right solutions for their unique goals. She earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, where she double majored in English: Language & Literature and Creative Writing with a minor in Health Science.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending quality time with his wife Mary Kate, and relaxing with their dog Kobe. When he's not with his family, he can be found playing golf, and sampling the best food spots in town.
Savannah joins PEO Spectrum on the heels of a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oneonta State University. Since joining the team, Savannah has leveraged her extensive customer service experience and passion for finding solutions to provide our clients with the best possible solutions for their professional needs. She loves that the PEO industry is constantly evolving and enjoys educating businesses on the many ways a PEO can help.
Outside the office, Savannah is incredibly passionate about fitness, having competed in Hyrox races, half marathons, and coaching group fitness classes in her free time. Next on her list is running a full marathon or completing a Spartan race!
Mary Ann spent more than 20 years in back office banking with JP Morgan Chase & EverBank. Employed by PEO Spectrum since 2018, her current responsibilities include census analysis, managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, procurement, event planning, and onboarding new employees.
She has continued her education through the Cornell Extension Program, and in her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking, and hosting parties for family and friends.
As a Senior Analyst at PEO Spectrum, Nicole is passionate about helping businesses identify cost-saving solutions that support their growth and long-term success. Through strategic financial analysis, she identifies opportunities for businesses to reduce costs, optimize employee benefits, and make confident financial decisions.
Nicole obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with a concentration in Financial Management and a minor in Computer Science from Cortland State University, as well as an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph's College. Before joining PEO Spectrum, she gained valuable experience at two Fortune 500 companies, serving as a Manager's Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and later as an Expense Auditor and Procurement Operations Analyst at The Estée Lauder Companies.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, practicing Pilates, going to brunch with friends, and relaxing at the beach.
Antonio enjoyed his previous role as Financial Analyst at North Shore-LIJ Health Systems, but he was excited to make a field change to analyzing ways to save money for clients at PEO Spectrum. Antonio enjoys the ability to grow in his career at PEO Spectrum as the culture has the feel of a smaller, tight-knit company. At home, Antonio likes to play for a soccer club and has an unstifled passion for Walt Disney World. Antonio recently started an Instagram page based on Walt Disney World with approximately 24,000 followers and growing!
You might think his dream vacation involves mouse ears, but you’d be wrong! Antonio longs to visit Cape Town, South Africa, as he has always wanted to climb Table Mountain and enjoys African cuisine.
Chris joined PEO Spectrum after enjoying his time as an Analyst at Compensation Advisory Partners in NYC. Since then, he is always excited to find ways to help clients save money on PEOs and he is very passionate about finding new strategies to provide the best options available.
Before he started his career, Chris studied at The University at Albany and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration concentrated in Finance and Management. He also had a minor in Economics.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys going to the gym, running in 5Ks and playing golf with his friends and family!

As our former CEO for more than 15 years. Tom’s hands-on leadership challenged each employee and partner to deliver with excellence, honoring PEO Spectrum’s commitments to transparency, speed, and integrity. He understood and delivered on the need for helping companies navigate and shop the PEO market. He holds a B.A. in Public & Private Sector Organization and Sociology from Brown University.
