Tom founded PEO Spectrum in 2009 to improve the efficiency by which a company can find, switch and negotiate with the nation’s top 100 PEOs.
In his role as CEO, Tom monitors the performance and health of PEOs to ensure PEO Spectrum clients have access to the best PEO companies and the brightest people working there. Tom’s hands-on leadership challenges each employee and partner to deliver with excellence, honoring PEO Spectrum’s commitments to transparency, speed, and integrity. Taking an instrumental role in working with clients, nothing excites Tom more than speaking with customers and breaking down complex issues into understandable, relatable solutions. He holds a B.A. in Public & Private Sector Organization and Sociology from Brown University.
Lori joined PEO Spectrum in 2019, creating the marketing program for the company. As head of marketing, she is involved in all aspects of the program, from email campaigns, to content creation, social media and digital campaigns.
She previously worked at DKG Media as the Marketing Automation Director. In this role, she created the company’s marketing calendar and helped lead the company to their highest sales month and quarter in its history. She brings extensive experience in both digital and traditional marketing as well as public relations and advertising. She studied Communications at Cornell University.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, reading, shopping and exercising. She serves as a Moxxie Mentor to college students and isinvolved in numerous community organizations.
Prior to coming to PEO Spectrum, Denise worked in the beauty industry as a sales consultant for a brand that shared her passion for preserving the planet and community involvement. In delivering education to clients as well as assisting with quarterly planning and goal setting, she built incredible relationships with the salons she serviced throughout Long Island. Prior to that, she worked for Allstate Insurance Company for 23 years and held various positions in underwriting and education. In each of these positions, she was especially focused on client retention and helping agents understand its importance. Denise attended Dowling College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Education. Denise is most excited about the opportunity to help small businesses understand, manage and reduce their HR costs. There is no better feeling than knowing you made someone smile! Outside the office, Denise enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to travel, see Broadway shows, shop, spend time at the beach and ride her Peloton bike.
Sandhya loves her work at PEO Spectrum and gets excited when she is able to find savings for companies. She feels extremely blessed to get a chance to work for a company where everyone is so committed to helping each other both in and out of the workplace. Sandhya graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics. She loves learning new languages; she is fluent in Hindi and Nepali, has intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German and is currently, learning Turkish in her free time. She also likes to travel to new places and hopes to visit Germany and London in the near future.
After finishing her associate degree in Hospitality Management from Nassau Community College, Amanda pursued a career in the catering industry as the Director of Sales for Event Planning at Lombardi Caterers, managing three venues and planning their corporate and social events.
Amanda decided to move to PEO Spectrum because of the broad range of opportunities the company has to offer, and she is excited to be on the forefront of its explosive potential. Amanda firmly believes that small business run our country and fuel the economy, so she is proud that she can is able to help them succeed.
Amanda is a woman who likes to shop and travel. She also enjoys the thrill of visiting casinos when she has a chance. Her dream vacation destination would be somewhere in Asia, ideally the Maldives.
With a background in education and experience working in case management, Mary Beth’s talents and passion to serve others launched her career in sales by working directly with United Healthcare’s Institutional Special Needs Plan. By working in tandem with nursing homes, Mary Beth was able to provide long-term nursing home residents with a dedicated Nurse Practitioner. She has a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado Boulder and an M.Ed. from Dowling College.
Since joining the team at PEO Spectrum, Mary Beth has found that same desire to help and educate others rings true, and she enjoys helping companies realize both the savings and the benefits of using PEOs. Outside her time at PEO Spectrum, Mary Beth spends time with her family, catches live music when she can and indulges in The New York Times crossword puzzle. She loves to cook, travel and hopes to one day hit the white sandy beaches of Bora Bora.
An integral component to PEO Spectrum’s long-term growth, Rob has witnessed the company grow from a boot-strapped startup to the first nationwide comparison service for the PEO industry. Familiar with the intricacies of small business, Rob has successfully worked with 100s of PEO clients from start-ups, internationally based companies, along with companies that have hundreds of employees. Rob studied Accounting at Long Island University.
Prior to PEO Spectrum, Kristy managed a 5-star Spa and Wellness boutique in New York City. Her experience in managing employees, competing for top talent, and hitting team goals while providing exceptional customer service has translated to an empathetic, results-driven mentality when working with PEO Spectrum’s SMB clients. Kristy brings great energy to all business engagements and is always ready to roll up her sleeves for a client. She has the most PEO Spectrum google reviews of all our employees, and she likes to help clients save to their bottom line while still receiving great or better services with another PEO provider. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fashion Institute of Technology. In her spare time, Kristy enjoys hanging out with her daughter, shopping, working out and eating healthy.
Tracy joined PEO Spectrum in January 2020 and has been an intricate part of the sales and consulting team. She has a diverse background in Insurance, Financial Planning and Marketing for Fortune 500 companies. Tracy’s experience as a licensed agent for New York Life has helped her make a smooth transition into the PEO world, providing her clients with a consultative approach and exceptional service. Tracy is passionate about the PEO Industry and helps her clients to save money and time while understanding all clients have different needs. As a New York Native, Tracy earned her B.S. in Business Administration from LIU. When not at work, you can find Tracy spending time with her family or in spin class. She is also passionate about supporting causes such as the Wounded Warrior Project and Local Animal Rescue Groups.
Prior to PEO Spectrum, Joseph was the Director of Sales at one of the nation’s leading marketing firms. He has managed growth and expansion efforts at the regional and national level with sales teams of up to 50 representatives. Joseph has a proven track record of opening offices, training talent and motivating teams. He is most excited about helping PEO Spectrum’s clients navigate their way to a more efficient PEO or significantly lowering costs with their current PEO. With a Degree in Business Management, Joseph has become known for his one-of-a kind combination of strategic and innovative thinking. Much like the family and team atmosphere at PEO Spectrum, he values his clients’ time and is committed to creating long-lasting, successful relationships. Coming from a large family of nine siblings, Joseph has started his own legacy with his wife, Kim, and their three beautiful children. When not in the office, you can find Joe on the golf course, hiking and enjoying all the fun outdoor activities that nature has to offer.
Patrick’s prior position was with Primerica Financial Services. He provided clients with a customized financial plan to become debt free, properly protected and financially independent. Patrick came to PEO Spectrum because of the opportunity to provide quality service and consulting in an industry that he can see himself growing with. Patrick enjoys coming to work because of the relationships and team culture the office radiates. Patrick has a genuine desire to build a career where he can help people and businesses around him grow and breed success.
Patrick has a strong desire for sports and physical activities. He runs a competitive basketball gym, enjoys playing all sports, loves actively serving at his church and wants to travel as much as he can.
With over 20 years in business development, technical support and loyalty program administration, Rene is a thoughtful listener and problem solver. Having set up employee benefit programs for large companies such as SONY, Bloomberg, PepsiCo & SUNY, he has extensive experience managing key client accounts in a time-sensitive environment. In his current role as a Sales Associate at PEO Spectrum, Rene has found a home where he can bring his analytic and consultative skills to businesses interested in saving time and money on their PEO costs. Rene is passionate about the PEO industry, educating clients and aligning them with the best solutions possible for their unique needs. Rene has Bachelor of Arts in Applied Anthropology from Northern Arizona University. When Rene is not in the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, his friends and his dog, as well as coaching youth lacrosse
Prior to his role at PEO Spectrum, Andrew worked inside sales at Cablevision. At PEO Spectrum he uses quantitative and qualitative methods to help customers find the PEO that is the right fit for their organization. In his first six months, he saved clients nearly $500,000 in PEO fees with the cost reduction service. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stoney Brook and an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University. In his spare time, Andrew is an avid tennis player at both recreational and tournament levels, and a Beer Enthusiast.
Madelyn joins PEO Spectrum more than 13 years of experience working in customer service and contributing to the satisfaction of thousands of consumers, She is excited to join PEO Spectrum and help small companies save money while taking advantage of the many benefits that come with using PEOs. Madelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from DeSales University. Outside of work, you can find Madelyn roller blading, traveling or cheering for her children at soccer games or gymnastics. She is excited to be a part of the PEO Spectrum team.
Melissa began her career in real estate, working for such firms as Compass and Douglas Elliman’s New Development Marketing team. Joining the team at PEO Spectrum provides Melissa with the opportunity to connect with clients as she helps connect them with the best PEO solution for their professional needs. She graduated from FIT with a degree in Marketing. Outside of the office, she mainly spends time with family and friends. She loves to travel and has taken a road trip across the United States and traveled to eight different countries.
Marie became attracted to PEO Spectrum’s business model, as she sees PEOs as the wave of the future for growing businesses. She is excited to share the possibilities with clients by helping them to select and implement the best PEO strategy for their organizations.
Her prior role involved selling SaaS payroll and accounting software to accounting, payroll and tax professionals across the United States. Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Master of Arts in Teaching Earth Science from Stony Brook University.
Mary Ann has more than 20 years of experience in back office banking with JP Morgan Chase & TIAA. Of her various responsibilities, she most enjoys contacting people for interviews, getting to know them, and welcoming the qualified candidate to the PEO family!
She has continued her education through the Cornell Extension Program, and in here spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking, and hosting parties for family and friends.
In her role as PEO Analyst, Nicole supports her sales team by preparing analysis that help our clients save money. She loves that our service is free and supports small to medium sized businesses. Nicole’s background prior to PEO Spectrum began at two fortune 500 companies. Her roles included: Manager’s Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, as well as an Expense auditor and Procurement Analyst at The Estee Lauder Companies. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics with a concentration in financial management and computer science from SUNY Cortland, as well as an EMBA from Saint Joseph’s College. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, working out, and exploring new brunch spots in NYC.
Antonio enjoyed his previous role as Financial Analyst at North Shore-LIJ Health Systems, but he was excited to make a field change to analyzing ways to save money for clients at PEO Spectrum. Antonio enjoys the ability to grow in his career at PEO Spectrum as the culture has the feel of a smaller, tight-knit company. At home, Antonio likes to play for a soccer club and has an unstifled passion for Walt Disney World. Antonio recently started an Instagram page based on Walt Disney World with approximately 24,000 followers and growing!
You might think his dream vacation involves mouse ears, but you’d be wrong! Antonio longs to visit Cape Town, South Africa, as he has always wanted to climb Table Mountain and enjoys African cuisine.
The longest tenured employee at PEO Spectrum, Jessica has worn multiple hats in Sales, Analytics, and most recently Finance Manager. After helping 100s of PEO Spectrum clients find optimal strategies for operating HR, she is now focused on internal projects and the financial management of the company. Prior to PEO Spectrum, Jessica held various management positions at Enterprise-Rent-A-Car. Jessica holds a B.A. in Psychology from Stony Brook University.
