THOMAS W. FARRELL – FOUNDER & CEO
Thomas founded PEO Spectrum in 2009 to improve the efficiency by which a company can find, switch, and negotiate with the nation’s top 100 PEOs.
He began his career in the PEO industry working for a national PEO in the Northeast Region of the country. While working there he witnessed firsthand the challenge many companies faced when shopping for a PEO.
“Most of the time when a company is considering a PEO, it is a totally new concept for them. There are many options out there, but not many places for them to turn to for experienced guidance.”
Upon this foundation, PEO Spectrum was born. Thomas’ role is comprised of maintaining key relationships with PEOs, monitoring their health and performance as vendors, and helping PEO shoppers through the streamlined buying process PEO Spectrum delivers.
Prior to founding PEO Spectrum, Thomas founded a lead-generation and marketing company focused on the PEO industry. He also founded and sold ReyFresco Mobile Marketing, an outdoor advertising company based in New York. Thomas holds a B.A. in Public & Private Sector Organization and Sociology from Brown University.
When escaping the office, Thomas enjoys fishing, skiing, golf, and most importantly, good times with friends and family!
